Anna Sui's Spring 2009 Ready-to-wear collection consists of dresses, peasant tops, and rompers all put together for a fresh new look!! The tribal and embroidery look was rocking the runway! A perfect look for spring!! The shoes from her collection are absolutely to die for!! If this look isn't your style, you better make it ladies!! Anna Sui did a fabulous job this Spring!!

I got them a couple weeks ago and I'm DYING

I do say so myself...They are from Steve
Madden, and have studs all over the front!! They
are my new wedges for the spring, besides my
Keds ones. I got them for $54 at Filene's Basment
and they always have a good deal there!!

I thought today I would make two short posts, instead of one huge!! Check out the one I made on smoking, and please let me know your opinions on both that, and my new wedges!!

My Jewelry.

Take a look at my dresser piled with jewelry on it. I know, it's a total mess, and I'm not the tidiest person in the world, but I'm a teenager so give me a break!! Maybe you guys will learn from me to keep your room clean!!

By the way, keep in mind that the gross color of my room is being changed ASAP. I'm getting a Paris themed room!! I'm actually sooo excited. I have all the stuff but I need my room painted!! It's going to be painted with white and cream stripes!! Just like I imagine a Paris room!! So I have about 20 pairs of earrings, some real, some just costume jewelry!! Like that HUGE pearl necklace in the middle!! Hahaha!! I have bangles for Spring, which I CANNOT wait for!! I have big vintage earrings that I'm in love with and got for $2!! That is a price you can't beat ladies!! I have this sterling silver Coach bangle and I got it about two Christmas' ago, and I still am in love with it!! When I'm buying jewelry, I really want to focus on unique items that nobody else will have!! Pippin Vintage Jewelry has the most fantasic finds in the store!! It located on West 17th, and has great prices for those recessionista fashionista's!! They have price ranges from $5 to hundreds!! They have designer names for much less and also have hats, bags, pins and jewelry of course!! Check it out, and I promise you will have no regrets!!

Okay girls, one thing before you read this. I understand some people have different opinions about different things, but I think we all might be able to agree that smoking is totally gross. I'm not naming names but, I have this girl in my grade who is 14 years old, and she was smoking at a party. Personally, I am totally against smoking. It's horrible for your body, and your body is a temple, so respect it ladies!! Even if you don't inhale, you are still doing damage to your body! I know there are fashion figures that smoke, but it is NOT cool. Don't be a poser, stay true to yourself. Just because the fashion business has people smoking to stay skinny, or look "hip" does not mean it is. If you are smoking, I strongly suggest that you stop, because it is NOT cool, is NOT healthy, and people should be thankful they have healthy lungs because some people would die to have a pair of healthy lungs, so don't take life for granted!! Just a little opinionated argument from me...Let me know your opinions, I would love to hear what people think about smoking!!

Within the past week, I feel I have made a
bunch of progress!! Since I had so much great
feedback on my shoe story, I thought I'd give you
girlies a little tour of my shoe closet!!

These loafers over here are BRAND SPANKIN NEW!! Haha!! I got them at Urban Outfitters for $29, but have not had the chance to wear them yet! I must admit, I am struggling with them, I have no idea what to wear them with!! Any suggestions??

These next shoes I bought last Spring time from Keds!! They don't look like Keds what-so-ever and they are perfect for Spring and Summer! It's hard for me to find Keds that I'm in love with, besides the classic white
ones, but when my mom found these, I had to have them!! They're an orange-red kinda color, wedged, and buckled over!! Here they are!!

I just realized looking at these pictures, that my feet look HUGE! Hahaha!! They really aren't though, I'm a size 6 1/2 or 7, depending on heels or flats. I'm no big foot here!!

This next pair of stunners are practically my babies!! Oh how I love my oxfords. I don't know how I'd live with 'em or without 'em!! They are Franco Sarto, its this really classic shoe company. These are a little love worn, because of how beautiful they are!! I got these for $50 at Loehmans and I almost didn't buy them!! I know, I'm crazy. So, there ya go!! A little closet raid from moi!! Sorry I haven't been posting too much lately, but hey!! High school is hard girls, I would know, haha!! And for some good news, I got an A- in History for the quarter!! Yayy!!

Did you guys ever notice how good you feel about yourself when you get a good grade?? It's too bad it's a rainy day though, I hate the rain!! I started smiling on the street because I felt so good about myself, and a couple people started to stare at me...But I'm probably used to it by now because of the red hair!! Anyways, I'll post something new soon!! <3

Booties!!

Okay girls, I just bought the most amazing pair of booties by Michael Kors.But there is a story to them...First, just look at them!!Aren't they stunning?? They're camel suede,
4 inches high, and platform!! Let me know what you're thinking about them!!

So I bought these a while ago, but I thought I would still share them with you since I haven't worn them yet!! I had a snow day a bit back in February, I think...Haha!! And I decided to brave the storm and go shopping!! I know, I'm crazy, but I couldn't help myself!! And I went to Loehman's
on like 74th street, and did NOT expect to find anything. They had this amazing sale going on, and I thought everything would be gross, but I went downstairs to the shoe department, where I always have good luck!! ; )
I looked in the 6, 6 1/2, and 7 isles hoping to find something!!
And I ended up finding these amazing Michael Kors booties.
I looked at the price and they were $100. But then there was a sale tag covering that up, and they were $84 on the sale price. But like I said, there was a huge sale at Loehman's!! And I ended up getting them for $40!! Originally, they were $400!! Can you believe the steal I got?? And how stunning are they?? They're my babies...Hahaha!! Imagine if I didn't have the snow day!! Or didn't go out!! I don't like to think about it...
